Awaiting Order Arrival
I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
First, check your order confirmation email and any tracking details sent after dispatch. Tracking may not update immediately, so please allow a reasonable time for the courier system to refresh.
If the estimated delivery period has passed, contact Morbane with your order number, billing email address and delivery postcode so we can review the order.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched. UK deliveries are usually estimated at 2–7 business days after dispatch. International deliveries are usually estimated at 5–14 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on courier service, destination, customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions and peak seasonal demand.
What if my order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date?
If your order is delayed, please check the tracking link first. Delays may be caused by courier capacity, customs processing, weather disruption, incorrect address details or seasonal demand.
If the tracking information has not changed for a reasonable period, contact Morbane with your order number and billing email address so we can review the matter.
What if the package is held by customs?
International parcels may be held by customs for inspection, clearance, duty assessment or local import checks. Customs processing is controlled by the destination country and is outside Morbane’s direct control.
Customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges, clearance fees or courier handling fees required by the destination country.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Contact Morbane immediately if you need to change your delivery address. Address changes may be possible only if the order has not yet been processed, packed or dispatched.
Once an order has been handed to the courier, Morbane may not be able to amend the delivery address.

Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Choose your preferred Morbane leather bag, select any available options, add the item to your basket and proceed to checkout. At checkout, enter your billing, delivery and payment details, then review your order before confirming payment.
After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation email.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. These may vary depending on your location, website payment setup and payment provider availability.
All payments must be authorised before an order can be processed.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Please contact Morbane as soon as possible if you want to cancel or modify an order. We will review whether the order can still be changed.
Changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has entered processing, packing, dispatch or courier handover.
Do you deliver to my postcode?
Morbane delivers within the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations, subject to courier availability, address validity and delivery restrictions.
If delivery to a postcode or location is unavailable, restricted, unusually costly or not viable, Morbane may decline delivery and issue a refund where payment has already been made.
Is next-day delivery available?
Next-day delivery should only be assumed where it is clearly offered at checkout. If next-day delivery is not shown as an available option, standard delivery estimates apply.
Even where faster delivery is available, order processing, courier cutoff times, weekends, public holidays and address restrictions may affect delivery timing.

After Sales
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Contact Morbane promptly with your order number, billing email address, a clear description of the issue and photographs of the item, packaging and delivery label where relevant.
Please do not return the item until you have received return instructions. Morbane will review the information and advise on the next step.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched and tracking is available, you can use the tracking information provided by email or visit the Morbane order tracking page:
What happens if I am not available during delivery?
If you are not available during delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery, leave a delivery card, deliver to a safe place where permitted, redirect the parcel to a collection point, or return the parcel depending on the courier’s rules.
Please follow the courier’s instructions quickly to avoid the parcel being returned.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Yes. Morbane provides after-sales support for delivery concerns, product questions, return requests, incorrect items, damaged items and general order enquiries.

Refund
What is your refund policy?
Refund eligibility is subject to Morbane’s Refunds & Returns Policy. Returned items must normally be unused, undamaged, returned within the applicable return period and sent back with original packaging, tags, dust bags or protective materials where supplied.
Natural leather grain, wrinkles, tone variation, markings or patina are not automatically faults.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, Morbane will process the refund to the original payment method.
The time it takes for the money to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
What should I do if I received a refund but later received the item?
If you receive an item after a refund has already been issued, contact Morbane as soon as possible and do not use the item.
The item may need to be returned, or Morbane may provide instructions on how to repay or resolve the matter.
Are shipping costs refundable?
Shipping costs may not be refundable unless required by law, the order was faulty or incorrect, or Morbane confirms that the delivery charge qualifies for refund under the circumstances.
Where a customer returns an item due to change of mind, delivery charges already paid to courier or fulfilment services may be excluded from the refund where permitted.
What if my refund is delayed or missing?
If your refund is delayed or missing, first check your original payment method and contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times can vary.
If the payment provider cannot locate the refund after a reasonable period, contact Morbane with your order number, return reference if available, and the date the refund was confirmed.
