1Return Eligibility
Items may be eligible for return where they meet Morbane’s return requirements and are requested within the applicable return period.
Returned items should normally be unused, undamaged and returned with original packaging, tags, dust bags or protective materials where supplied.
2Return Window
Customers should start a return request within the return period stated on the Morbane website or order information. Late return requests may be refused unless Morbane is required by law to accept the return.
3Product Condition
Returned leather bags should be in a clean, unused and resalable condition.
- No signs of wear or misuse.
- No staining, odour, scratches caused after delivery or damage from handling.
- All supplied packaging, tags, dust bags and accessories should be included where applicable.
4Leather Natural Markings
Morbane sells real leather bags. Natural grain, wrinkles, scars, tone variation, texture differences and patina are part of genuine leather and are not automatically defects.
A return request based only on normal leather variation may not qualify as a faulty-item return.
5Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact Morbane promptly with your order number, billing email address, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the item, packaging and delivery label where relevant.
Please do not return the item until Morbane has provided return instructions.
6Non-Returnable Items
Items may not be accepted for return where they are used, damaged after delivery, altered, missing packaging, returned late, personalised or excluded under the stated return conditions.
7How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact Morbane with your order number, billing email address and reason for return. Morbane will review the request and provide the next step where the return is eligible.

8Return Shipping
Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed as faulty, incorrect or Morbane is otherwise required to cover the return cost by law.
