Morbane London is an online leather bag brand focused on men’s and women’s real leather bags.

You agree to use the Morbane website lawfully and responsibly. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its security, copy content unlawfully or attempt unauthorised access.

We aim to present product details accurately. Natural leather may vary in grain, tone, texture, markings and finish.

Images may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and screen settings.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Morbane may accept, decline, cancel or refund an order where necessary, including where an item is unavailable, payment is not authorised, pricing is incorrect or delivery cannot reasonably be completed.

Prices are displayed on the website and may change from time to time. Payment must be completed using the payment methods available at checkout.

Delivery is subject to the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Returns and refunds are handled according to the Morbane Refunds & Returns Policy.

Natural marks, wrinkles, grain variation, colour variation and patina development are not automatically defects. Damage from misuse, water exposure, staining, abrasion, heat, oil or dye transfer may not qualify for refund or replacement.

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to conditions, expiry dates, product restrictions or minimum order values and may be amended or withdrawn.

Morbane is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of products, incorrect customer information, courier delays outside our control, customs delays or events beyond reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Morbane’s place of business unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
